Latitude 15

This is by far our favourite city hotel in Lusaka, if not all of Africa! Latitude 15 are part of the Latitude portfolio (with another in Malawi, and plans of expanding to Nairobi and Dar es Salaam), and are renowned for their décor, contemporary art and stylish space.

Tongabezi

Voted as the best safari lodge in Zambia by Conde Nast Travel, this luxury lodge is definitely one to consider when you are planning your trip to Victoria Falls! Tonagezi is set on the banks of the Zambezi River and offers a range of stunning, afrocentric design rooms and communal spaces. The best thing? It’s totally peaceful and serene.

Waterberry Lodge

The main draw to Waterberry Lodge is that it provides the most calming atmosphere – away from the hustle and bustle of Victoria Falls. With well-maintained gardens and an intimate number of guest rooms, Waterberry Zambezi Lodge is the perfect base for those wanting to combine activites in Livingstone, whilst coming back to a peaceful and serene lodge.

Although the camp is outside of the national park, there is still resident game to be seen from camp and there are a variety of safari activities to enjoy. Chiawa Camp

Sat on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Lower Zambezi National Park, Chiawa Camp is a small and intimate camp with a fantastic reputation! Its service, food, management, guiding (Nobby and Daniel are particularly great), location and accommodation are all on-point, with the perfect blend of safari-authenticity and luxury!

Kakuli Camp

Perched above the Luangwa River, Kakuli is a bush camp from the Norman Carr/ Time and Tide portfolio. The camp is comprised of large suites which are all beautifully open-plan, with the front of the room open to the wilderness and the bathroom open-air. The guiding is fantastic, the service is great and the location is prime!

Bilimungwe Bush Camp

Another of the Bushcamp Company properties is Bilimungwe, an intimate and stylish camp with a rustic and authentic safari feel to it. The reason that this camp, along with Chindeni, is one of the favourites of The Bushcamp Company is because of its location.
