Hemingways Watamu sits on the white sands of Watamu Bay, one of Kenya’s most stunning beaches. This shoreline features a mix of coral bays and beaches, an area considered to be one of the most beautiful for snorkeling and diving, protected by the Watamu Marine National Park.

The resort is well spread out along the beach front, with two large pools, excellent fishing and watersports and non-water based activities.

Taking full advantage of its position on the beach front, the two restaurants at Hemingways offer alfresco dining on the main terrace and the raised Pagoda overlooking the ocean. Both restaurants offer a display of fresh seafood, local Swahili dishes and international cuisines, complimented nicely with fine Kenyan coffee and a selection of drinks throughout the day.
