Where to Stay

Royal Livingstone Hotel

from $625 per person per night for 2026/27

A five-star hotel with a five-star location!

The Royal Livingstone Hotel is the most famous hotels out of all of the Victoria Falls properties. It sits on the Zambian side, on the banks of the Zambezi River and boasts a short 15-minute walk to Victoria Falls itself. The décor is quite colonial which adds to the history of this lodge. The perfect for those who want a quick stop over at Victoria Falls but want to stay somewhere with the wow factor!

Within 15 minutes walking distance to the falls!

Very large hotel with over 170 rooms

About the location

The Royal Livingstone is one of the closest lodges to the mighty Victoria Falls. Although it can be argued as having “the best location”, some people would disagree as the peaceful lodges away from the falls are more preferred. Regardless, the access to Victoria Falls could not be easier as it is only a 15-minute walk from the lodge.
