About the location
Cottar’s 1920’s Camp is on a private game concession, adjoining the Masai Mara Reserve and the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. As it is on a private concession, the area promises privacy and diversity of wildlife. Cottar’s recognises this and provides activities that can take benefit of it, including off-road driving, night drives and guided bush walks.

camp Layout
The camp has six 1920’s style, white en-suite tents, one honeymoon tent and four family suites. Because the camp accommodates a total of 28 guests, there is a large pool, and two main mess areas to give a spacious yet intimate camp feel.
Each of the tents is set well apart from the others and overlooks the grassland plains for which this area of the world is famed.

Cottar’s 1920s Camp Accomodation
The tents are spacious and lavish, fitting the timeless design, with old-fashioned showers, antique furniture and even a record player! A 5-minute drive from the camp is the Cottars Private Homestead which can be booked exclusively for a luxury home in the bush.
The house has five en-suite bedrooms, a private 25m pool, a huge lounge area with a roaring log fire, a private vehicle and professional guide for optimal game viewing activities and a team of dedicated staff and chefs to ensure a stay full of class and luxury.
