About the location
Nsolo is located north of the Mfuwe area and sits on the Luwi River – a tributary of the mighty Luangwa River. Depending on the time of year, the Luwi River is usually dry although there may be a few small pools of water remaining in the riverbed…a haven for passing animals, particularly lion and wild dog populations as there is a pride that often a route from the Nsefu sector.

Nsolo is a bushcamp which opens between May and November. It is one of the smallest bushcamps in South Luangwa with only four thatched chalets built around beautiful trees and raised on timber decks.
